County Profiles:

The 14 counties that make up the North Florida Economic Development Partnership are the gateway to Florida's 18 million resident market, and offer easy access to markets throughout the Southeast. Interstate access and rail service are available throughout much of the region, making the distribution of goods and services easy and cost effective. With a population of over 400,000, the region also offers a diverse workforce, reasonable housing, and competitive higher education.

The history of north Florida is old Florida at its best - from rail and timber, to pristine water sources and recreation. The residents cherish this heritage while embracing the future and offer state and local incentives to retain its existing economic base and attract new, sustainable growth to the area. Friendly local governments work tirelessly to insure that the Florida remembered is the Florida enjoyed and innovative solutions are common and clear.
